On April 22, 2018, at Victory Sports Bar and Club Meadowlands, he was a featured artist who donated an art piece for auction, helping raise $18,470 for proceeds, which went to the Children's Miracle Network Hospital of Mountainside New Jersey. The Children's Miracle Network Hospitals specialize in helping raise funds and awareness for children of all ages fight cancer, injury and other illnesses across the USA and Canada. Cire B additionally contributed by doing a painting performance on canvas in front of hundreds in a live audience.
