“Painting helps me balance out my highs and lows. I know first hand the importance of mental health and painting is a very effective form of release that I encourage people to explore in order to express themselves. It's one of the methods that I use to inspire and motivate individuals, especially those dealing with mental issues (PTSD, anxiety, etc.).” - Cire B

Eric Barnett aka “Cire B” is a Drill Sergeant in the US Army, a visual artist, and an advocate for mental health.
After a traumatic work related incident Cire B found it difficult to readjust to his normal life. Being immersed in such high intensity environments, Cire B found painting to be the emotional and therapeutic release he needed, expressing himself in art form. The artwork Cire B creates is a direct reflection of his thoughts, emotions, and whatever energy he feels at that moment in time. It's these same components that fuel the vivid colors, and hidden messages used in his creations.
Cire B is on a mission to build the minds and spirits of as many people as he possibly can, through art; creating art pieces he describes as portals to the heart, mind, body and soul. He enjoys engaging his audience in unique interactive experiences, from financial art lead workshops, to personal development inspired paint and sip classes, to live painting different performers. Through art works, exhibitions, and performances guests are encouraged to discover epiphanies, experience a sense of euphoria, and invoke buried emotions from the Cire B experience.
