The Urban Fashion Exchange Fashion Show

Updated: Dec 2, 2019

Visual artist Cire B hand-painted custom clothing to be modeled, taking his artwork from canvas and putting it onto fabric, creating wearable art for the Urban Fashion Exchange Fashion Show, July 14, 2019.

Cire B used vibrant colors as an expression of emotions to hand paint military grade fabrics, drawing inspiration from the men and women that serve in the military who battle with PTSD, depression and a list of other mental health illnesses. These fashion forward pieces included customized leather jackets, abstract painted jumpsuits, and faux leather dresses inspired by the canvas painting favorite "The Karma of Medusa," creating the Fire and Ice snake duo.
